Slot Machine Change Machine

I have an idea for a new slot machine. It’s a bill changer machine that sometimes gives you your money back, but sometimes doesn’t. And in the best case scenario it gives you more than your money back. Winnings!

Here are the details.

It starts out with an algorithm problem.

Step 1:
Take a dollar bill, or a 5, 10, 20, 50, 100.

Step 2:
Take the serial number on the bill. (ie. J00344708A)

Step 3:
Use an algorithm based on the bill number from Step 1
and the serial number from step 2 to come up with a
table of 10 possible results.

Possible results (ie. If x, then y):
y=0 (Or 1, 2, 4, 16, 32, Bonus)

This is the context of this “problem”. If I put a 1
dollar bill into a change machine at the laundromat I
will get 4 quarters back. If I put in a 5 dollar bill
I will get 20 quarters back. What if I put in 1
dollar and could get 16×1+$16 back? Or 0*1=$0 back?
Then we have a slot machine.

Using a reader to read the bill type and serial number
we could then process those in an algorithm. The
result of that algorithm could then be classified into
a given number of buckets. That bucket would indicate
how much money to return to the “player”.

Casinos are always looking for new games. Then they
pay royalties to the creator of the game. I call this
game “AunTie eM”.

  1. my sister is an addict on Slot Machines, she always play any kind of game on the slot machine ;;*
